Hello John, Thank you for writing to MSNBC Technical Support. My name is Rebecca. I understand you are experiencing problems with the MSNBC TV videos. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. John, please follow the steps below: In Win 7 and Vista: Click Windows Gem (Start Button) -> type "cmd" into the search box and press the "Enter" button This launches the command prompt. Type: "ping msnbcvideo.fcod.msecnd.net" (Do not type quotation marks) and press 'Enter' Type out the IP address of the server you are connected to and send it back to us. If you feel you are unable to do that you can send us a screenshot of the results. To obtain a screenshot, follow these steps: 1. Open the page that you are having trouble with, and then press the PrintScreen (PrintScrn) button on the keyboard. 2. Open MS Paintbrush. To do this, click Start, click All programs, and then click Accessories. 3. Click Paint. 4. Click Edit, and then click Paste. The screenshot is pasted on your program. 5. Click File, and then click Save as. 6. Under Save as Type, select JPEG. 7. Name the file, and then save the file on the desktop. 8. Send the screenshot to us.
